Jay forever 18 gone way too soon.

Where do we even begin? There are no words that can describe the heartbreak and void this loss has left us with. A mother, father and family should never have to say goodbye to such a beautiful soul at just 18.

There were still so many memories to make so much of your story left to be told. And although your time with us was fat too short the love and memories you created will remain in our hearts forever

Jay was a young man with a bright future a special spirit and a love for life that touched everyone fortunate enough to have ever crossed paths with him.

Jayden loved basketball, it was a passion he had for the sport and it brought him so much happiness, it was more than just a game to him it was who he was. He has a special bond that led to friendships that will last a lifetime.

Above all else Jayden loved his family and friends and the moments spent with the people he loved will be cherished. His presence his laughter his smile his personality and the love he shared will never be forgotten. He was so deeply loved and will forever hold a place in the hearts of those who knew him.

His life on earth was brief but the impact was immeasurable. He will forever and always be our sweet Jay Jay and a piece of our hearts that will never be replaced.

Until we meet again, rest easy baby boy! I hope you are running, playing and doing all the ballin in heaven that you didn't get the chance to do here on earth!
